                               RESOLUTION NO. 18839
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
                   AN ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT WITH DENNIS W.
                   SMITH, RELATIVE TO CONTRACTS 55A-II - TYNER
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM II AND COUNCIL FIRE
                   DEVELOPMENT, UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS AS
                   THE EXISTING CONTRACT FOR INSPECTION DUTIES
                   ON CONTRACT 103.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
Addendum
       to the Agreement with Dennis W. Smith, relative to Contracts
       55A-II - Tyner Collection System II and Council Fire Development, 

       under the same conditions as the existing contract for inspection 

       duties on Contract 103.
